1 serving of oatmeal 1/2 banana 1/8 pecans chopped 1Tbsp vanilla 1/4 tspn cinnamon 1/4 tspn nutmeg Coconut sugar or honey Prepare one serving if oatmeal per the package recipe on the stove. I use the Trader Joe's gluten free oats. Once oats are cooked add vanilla, spices and pecans. Stir. Place into a bowl. Add banana slices and coconut sugar or honey on top. Enjoy! |
