GF Dressing

1 10 oz package of Gluten Free Herb Stuffing by Four Sisters and a Brother (www.FourSistersandaBrother.com)
2 large apples
1 celery heart
1/4 large white onion
1/4 cup fresh cranberries
2 TBS pecans chopped
1 cup turkey broth
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste

1. Chop the onion into small pieces.
2. Chop the apple into small pieces.
3. Chop the celery into small pieces.
4. Put olive oil into a large no stick frying pan. Heat on Medium heat.
5. Add the onion. Saute for 1 min until translucent.
6. Add apples and celery.  Saute for 4 minutes.
7. Add the salt and pepper. Continue to stir the contents in the pan.
8. Pour the herb stuffing into a baking pan. Pour the sauteed apples, celery and onions over the stuffing. Mix well.
9. Sprinkle the cranberries and pecans on top.
10. Pour 1 cup of turkey broth over contents.
11. Cover with aluminum foil.
12. Bake for 25-20 minutes at 350 degrees F in oven.
