Maya Hot Cocoa (lactose free)

1 cup lactose free milk (I blend 1 cup Lactaid EggNog with 1/8 cup unsweetened almond milk)
3 TBSP cocoa powder (used Ghirardelli)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1. Pour cold milk ingredients into a sauce pan. Turn on to medium heat.
2. Add cocoa, cinnamon, and pepper.
3. Stir until all ingredients are blended.
4. Pour into mug.

This recipe has a sweet and spicy flavor to it. Delicious with breakfast burritos or tamales.
